RhoA、ROCK在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其意义

目的：研究RhoA、ROCK在乳腺癌组织中的表达,探讨其与乳腺癌转移的相关性。方法：应用免疫组化S-P法,检测30例正常乳腺、58例乳腺癌组织中RhoA、ROCK蛋白的表达情况。分析其表达结果与临床病理特征的关系。结果：①RhoA、ROCK蛋白在正常乳腺组织中的表达率分别为0%、0%,在乳腺癌组织中的表达率分别为70.7%、81.0%,两者在乳腺癌组织中的表达水平明显高于正常乳腺组织（P〈0.05）。②RhoA、ROCK蛋白表达与患者年龄、组织学分级无关（P〉0.05）,与肿瘤大小、临床分期及有无淋巴结转移有关。③RhoA、ROCK蛋白两者表达水平呈正相关关系（P〈0.05）。结论：RhoA、ROCK蛋白的表达与乳腺癌转移及预后有一定关系。结论：RhoA、ROCK的表达对评估乳腺癌的转移和预后具有一定的临床价值。

Expression of RhoA and ROCK in Breast Carcinomas and their Significance

Objective To investigate the expression of RhoA and ROCK in tissue of breast carcinomas and their correlation with invasiveness.Methods The expressions of RhoA and ROCK were examined respectively by immunohistochemical S-P method in 30 cases of normal breast tissue and 58 cases of breast carcinoma.We analyzed statistically the correlation between the immunohistochemical results and the clinicopathological features.Results ① The expression rates of RhoA and ROCK were 0% and 0% in normal breast tissues and 70.7%,81.0% in breast carcinomas individually.The positive rate was significantly higher in the breast cancer group than in the normal control group(P<0.05).②RhoA protein expression was correlated with the size of tumorous tissue,clinical stage and lymphnode metastasis(P<0.05),but not with age and histological grade(P>0.05).③RhoA expression was correlated positively with ROCK(P<0.05).Conclusion Expression of RhoA and ROCK may provide certain clinical value for evaluating metastasis and prognosis in breast carcinomas.
