卵巢癌患者化疗前后血清CA125、IL-2和SIL-2R检测的临床应用

目的:探讨了卵巢癌患者化疗前后血清CA125、IL-2和SIL-2R水平的变化及临床意义。方法:采用放射免疫分析和酶联法对36例卵巢癌患者进行了化疗前后血清CA125、IL-2和SIL-2R检测,并与35名正常健康妇女作比较。结果:卵巢癌患者在化疗前血清CA125、SIL-2R水平非常显著地高于正常妇女组(P<0.01),而IL-2水平又非常显著地低于正常妇女组(P<0.01),化疗后6个月复发者血清IL-2、CA125、SIL-2R水平持续异常,未复发者血清IL-2、CA125、SIL-2R水平恢复正常。结论:观察卵巢癌患者免疫功能的变化与患者的病情及预后密切相关。

Clinical Application of Measurement of Changes on Serum CA 125, IL-2 and SIL-2R Levels After Chemotherapy in Patients with Ovarian Cancer

Objective To observe the changes of serum CA125 , IL-2 and SIL-2R levels after chemotherapy in 36 patients with o- varian cancer. Methods Serum CA125, IL-2（with RIA ） and serum SIL-2R（with ELISA） levels were measured in 36 patients with ovarian cancer both before and 6 months after chemotherapy as well as in 35 normal healthy controls. Results Before chemotherapy in the patients the serum CA125, SIL-2R levels were significantly higher than those in eontrols（P 〈 0.01 ）. But serum IL-2 level was remarkably lower than that in controls （ P 〈 0.01 ） . Six months after chemotherapy , those patients without recurrence （ n = 28 ） had their IL-2, SIL-2R and CA125 levels returned to normal, but in those with recurrences （n = 8 ） the levels were about the same as before. Conclusion The changes of serum CA125, IL-2 and SIL-2R levels could reflect the immune status of the patients. Also, closely re- lated to the process of the disease and prognosis of these patients.
