洪雅县中学生营养评价中身体质量指数与高血压的相关性

目的了解中学生身体质量指数和高血压现状,并探讨两者的相关性。方法测量洪雅县6所中学2 893名15～18岁中学生的身体质量指数、身高和血压,使用相关分析了解身体质量指数和高血压的相关性。结果 2 893名中学生,高血压者142人,检出率为4.91%。正常身体质量者高血压检出率为3.41%,超重者为7.73%,肥胖者为10.45%,3者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。调查对象身体质量指数与其收缩压、舒张压的相关分析显示:均存在正相关r值分别为0.204和0.192,P

The Correlation Studies of the Body Mass Index and Hypertension of Middle School Students In Nutrition Evaluation in Hongya

Objective To learn about the status quo of the body mass index BMI and hypertension of middle school students and study the correlation between the two.Methods the body mass.height and blood pressure of 2 893 middle school students aged between 15 to 18 in Hongya were measured.and the correlation between BMI and hypertension Was analyzed by correlation analysis.Results Of the 2 893 subjects.there were 142 cases of hypertension,accounting for 4.91 %,with those of normal body mass accounting for 3.41 %,those with overweight,7.73 %,and those with obesity,10.45 %.The differences among the three were statistically significant(P<0.01).The correlation analysis of the subjects’BMI and their systolic and diastolic blood pressures revealed positive correlations(r=0.204,0.192,respectively,P<0.01).Conclusion The detection rate of hypertension among middle school students to increase with their BMI.Control should be strengthened of their body mass.and community health education should be reinforced.
