48例糖尿病合并肺结核临床分析

目的分析糖尿病合并肺结核的临床特点及防治对策。方法分析近3 a来新乡市结核病防治所经临床确诊的48例糖尿病合并肺结核住院患者,并随机抽取同期单纯肺结核住院患者48例进行对比分析。结果糖尿病合并肺结核比例随年龄增大而增加,男性明显高于女性,痰菌阳性率、排菌量、空洞发生率明显高于单纯肺结核。2月末痰检阴转率低于单纯肺结核,但5月末痰检阴转率均为100.00%;2月末X线病灶吸收率79.17%(38/48),5/6月末X线病灶吸收率83.33%(40/48)。结论糖尿病合并肺结核时两者相互有不利影响,但只要严格控制血糖,早期、规则抗痨治疗其疗效与单纯肺结核差异无统计学意义。

Diabetes complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis in patients with clinical analysis

Objective To analysis of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated by diabetes:clinical characteristics and Prevention Countermeasures.Methods Analysis of the past 3 years,the clinically diagnosed 48 cases of diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis in hospitalized patients,And a randomly selected concurrent herpes tuberculosis inpatients 48 cases analyzed.Results The proportion of diabetes combined with pulmonary tuberculosis with age increases,The male was higher than female,Sputum positive rate,biomass,empty row had a significantly higher incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis.t the end of 2 sputum negative conversion rate is lower than the simple pulmonary tuberculosis,But at the end of 5 sputum negative conversion rate of 100.00 %;At the end of 2 radiographic lesions absorption rate of 79.17 %(38/48),5/6 at the end of mammographic lesions absorption rate of 83.33 %(40/48).Conclusion Pulmonary tuberculosis complicated by diabetes when two have adverse effects,but as long as the strict control of blood glucose,early,regular anti-tuberculosis treatment the curative effect and simple pulmonary tuberculosis without obvious difference.
