桑白皮等中药提取物对胰岛素促进离体肝脏葡萄糖消耗的影响

摘    要:目的利用大鼠离体肝脏灌流技术评价中药提取物在胰岛素存在时对离体肝组织消耗葡萄糖的影响。方法采用离体肝灌流技术,将中药提取物加入灌流液中,观察灌流液中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)及葡萄糖浓度的变化,用以评价中药提取物在胰岛素存在时对离体肝脏消耗葡萄糖的影响与肝脏损伤状况。结果受试的中药提取液在120 m in内对灌流液中谷丙转氨酶没有显著性影响,桑白皮、桑枝、桑寄生提取物能显著降低灌流液中葡萄糖的浓度。结论桑白皮、桑寄生、桑枝提取物在胰岛素存在时能增加离体肝脏葡萄糖的消耗。

Abstract:ObjectiveEvaluate the effects of several Chinese medicines on glucose consumption of isolated liver in the presence of insulin.MethodsThe technology of rat isolated liver perfusion was used for observing the changes of ALT and glucose concentration in perfused medium so as to assay glucose consumption and liver damage.ResultsThere was no significant changes of ALT in perfused medium during the 120 minutes,perfusion in all tested experimental groups,extracts of Cortex Mori,Herba taxilli and Ramulus Mori significantly decreased glucose concentration in perfused medium.ConclusionCortex Mori,Herba taxilli and Ramulus Mori could increased glucose consumption of rat isolated liver in the presence of insulin.
