摘    要:本文用家兔实验性MSOF的摸型,观察血浆、组织丙二醛含量改变,细菌感染的变化规律与各脏器功能损害的关系。结果提示:创伤后氧山由基损害与感染关系十分密切,二者相互作用共同参与了MSOF发生的病理过程。

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to observe the relationship among the changes of the contents of malondialdeli) de ( MDA ) in plasma and tissues, bacterial infection and organ damage by means of an animal model of multiple organ failure ( MOF ) in rabbits. The results show that free radical damage is closely related to bacterial infection, which suggest that both of them may participate in the pathogenesis of MOF.
