退变性腰椎不稳症手术治疗临床探讨

目的探讨退变性腰椎不稳症手术方法改进和临床疗效。方法回顾我院93例腰椎不稳症患者经椎板扩大开窗或全椎板切除减压,摘除髓核,椎体间植骨,后路钉棒系统加压内固定及椎间融合术治疗后效果,对治疗结果进行统计分析。结果93例术后随访8~48个月,平均26个月。X线示骨性融合,症状完全消失78例,基本消失8例,无显著缓解者7例（可4例,差3例）;有5例断钉及松动。根据JOA评分法,优良率92.5%。结论椎弓根螺钉内固定加椎管减压,椎体间植骨融合是治疗腰椎不稳症的可靠方法。

Clinical study of the surgical treatment for degenerated lumbar instability
