| 摘 要： | 目的：参照NCCLSEP9-A文件对动脉血气和静脉血清CO2-Cp碳酸氢根进行方法学比对，观察两者间可比性。方法：采集我院ICU病房患者同一时间进行动脉血和静脉血碳酸氢根含量测定，评价两种检测系统（X与Y系统，X表示COMPACT3血气分析仪，Y表示OLYMPUSAU2700生化分析仪）的一致性。结果：两种方法相关系数回归：首次检测Y1=0．863＋X～2．315，P〉0．05；重复检测结果Y2=0．738＋X＋2．149，P〉0．05。结论：不同的采血方法进行碳酸氢根含量的两种检测系统同时测定时，实验误差较大，易给临床医生带来错误信息。
