Cultivation and employment guidance of medical students' grass-root awareness

In this article, the ways and methods to increase medical students' pass-roots awareness and employment were discussed. In order to solve the problems of current medical students unwilling to grass-root employment and the lack of health technicians in rural medical units, some methods had been used in Liuzhou Medical College, such as career guidance reforms, combining with professional ideological education, home service education, interpretation of the "new medical reform" program policy, and other ways.
