浙江省慢性病预防与控制优先问题探讨

目的　了解浙江省当前慢性病预防与控制应优先解决的问题。方法　采用选题小组的方法 ,对来自省级行政机构、慢病防治机构、省、市、县疾病预防控制机构的领导和业务人员进行访谈。结果　慢性病预防与控制的优先问题的排序结果显示 ,增加经费、队伍建设、理顺管理关系、制订规划等是优先的前5个问题 ,随后是建立监测系统、科学研究、流行病学调查、以高血压、糖尿病、恶性肿瘤为重点、社区干预、健康教育与健康促进等 8个问题 ,加强信息交流和伤害、牙病等防治 5个项目也是重要的问题。结论　加强慢性病管理是当前的迫切问题 ,开展基础工作和科学研究 ,以高血压、糖尿病、恶性肿瘤为重点 ,结合社区开展干预工作。

The Priority Issue in Preventing and Controlling Chronic Diseases in Zhejiang Province

OBJECTIVE To find the priority issues in preventing and controlling chronic diseases in Zhejiang province. METHODS In the way of nominal group, we discussed with the leaders and professionals from the government departments and the chronic diseases preventing and controlling organizations in Zhejiang province.RESULTS The sorting results of priority issues in preventing and controlling chronic diseases showed that the first 5 ones were increasing funds, training and capacity building of the staff, putting administration in nice order, making effective schemes, and so on. Another 8 issues followed were building surveillance system, strengthening scientific research and epidemiological investigation, Making focus on the hypertension, diabetes and malignant tumors, developing community intervention, health education and health promotion, and so on. It was also important to strengthen these issues, such as, exchanging information, preventing and treating injuries and teeth diseases, etc.CONCLUSION It is urgent to strengthen the administration of chronic diseases, carry out the fundamental work and scientific research, focusing on hypertension, diabetes and malignant tumors, in communities.
