卡介苗多糖核酸治疗慢性支气管炎稳定期临床观察

目的观察卡介苗多糖核酸注射液(BCG-PSN)对慢性支气管炎患者稳定期的治疗作用。方法将慢性支气管炎稳定期患者随机分成两组,卡介苗治疗组和对照组,随访1年,将治疗组和对照组的肺功能、感冒次数、发作次数、发作程度、平均发作间隙时间、平均发作持续时间、病死率及再住院率进行比较。结果治疗组治疗后肺功能指标较治疗前明显改善,1年后治疗组的感冒次数、发作次数、发作程度、平均发作持续时间、病死率、再住院率均较对照组低,且明显延长平均发作间隙时间。结论BCG-PSN能用于慢性支气管炎患者,疗效可靠,安全性高,值得推广。卡介苗多糖核酸可以改善肺通气功能,对防治慢性支气管炎有较好的效果。

The clinic observation of polysaccharide nucleicacid of bacille calmette-guerin injection on chronic bronchitis patients in stable phase

Objective To study clinical effect of patients suffered with chronic bronchitis who accepted injection of bacille Calmette guerin-polycose nucleinic acid(BCG-PSN).Methods Allocating the chronic bronchitis patients in stable phase into therapeutic group and control group randomly。following them one year,then comparing the pulmonary function、The frequency of cold、frequency of infection、extent of infection、average grudge time of infection、average duration of infection、case fatality、readmission rate in therapeutic group before and after therapy.Results pulmonary function improved in therapeutic group.The frequency of cold、frequency of infection、extent of infection,average grudge time of、average duration of infection、case fatality、readmission rate in therapeutic group patients decreased,and The average grudge time of infection in therapeutic group patients extended.Conclusion BCG-PSN could excellent effects of BCG-PSN injection in treatment on clinic symptom and pulmonary function of chronic bronchitis patients were found.
