摘    要:综述亚硝酸盐向一氧化氮(NO)转化的主要方式,亚硝酸盐-NO转化途径对缺血组织的调节保护作用及相关新药的研发。亚硝酸盐是体内NO的生物储库,在组织缺血时,它能被还原成NO而发挥细胞保护和维持血管正常生理功能的作用,因此对心肌梗死、脑卒中、休克等具有潜在的治疗作用。

Abstract:This review focuses on the main patterns of the conversion of nitrite to nitric oxide (NO), the role of the conversion in mediating and protecting the ischemia tissues and the related drug development. Nitrite represents a biological reservoir of NO in vivo. Nitrite plays an important role in cytoprotection and maintaining normal vascular function in animal models of focal ischemia-reperfusion injury of tissues by means of reduction of nitrite to NO. These studies have revealed the potential effects of nitrite on diseases such as myocardial infarction, stroke, and shock states.
