一次性静脉止痛泵在子宫肌瘤栓塞术后的应用

摘    要:目的总结一次性静脉止痛泵在子宫肌瘤栓塞术后的止疼效果。方法自2002年以来,使用子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤196例,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组112例术后30 min经静脉留置输液针连接一次性静脉止痛泵镇痛,对照组84例术后疼痛剧烈时给予肌注盐酸哌替啶50 mg,异丙嗪25 mg。并观察两组疗效情况。结果观察组止疼有效109例,有效率97.32%,对照组止疼有效35例,有效率41.66%。结论使用连接一次性静脉止痛泵对缓解子宫肌瘤栓塞术后疼痛疗效显著,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the pain-relieve effect of intravenous analgesic pump in the patients with embolization of uterine artery for fibroids.Methods 196 patients were enrolled in the study,including 112 cases who were treated with intravenous analgesic pump for pain-relieve 30 minutes after embolization,and 84 cases who were treated by intramuscular injection of analgetics when the pain was severe.Results Effective pain-relieve was noted in 109 of the 112 cases with intravenous pump,while it was 35 of the 84 cases with intramuscular injection.There was significant difference between the two groups(97.32% vs 41.66%).Conclusion Intravenous analgesic pump is effective and reliable for pain-relieve after embolization of uterine artery for fibroids.
