摘    要:结合指导学生实验的经历,阐述了在机能学实验教学中指导教师发挥主导作用的四个环节:综合运用教育手段。最大限度地激发学生的主动性,挖掘学生潜能,营造能力培养和个性发展的氛围和环境,把教师和教材传递的知识、方法和经验化为学生内在的智力和实践技能。

Abstract:Combined with the experience of directing experiments for students, the authors explained four aspects of the directors' leading role in the bio-functional experiment teaching. Essence of the leading role is polytechnical utilization of education methods to activate students' own initiative, exploring students' potentials, developing good atmosphere for fostering capacity and developing individual character, converting the knowledges, methods and experiences from the director and the textbook into students'own intrinsic intelligences and practical techniques.
