Abstract:Previous studies have reported conflicting results regarding the impact of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) on estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) status in breast cancer. Our aim was to investigate whether NAC induces some selective change in the breast biomarkers.
