| 摘 要： | 目的：总结近4年来剖宫产率及指征的变化,探讨合理掌握剖宫产指征以降低剖宫产率的措施。方法：对我院2007年1月~2010年12月收治的8564例产妇的剖宫产率、剖宫产指征进行回顾性分析。结果：4年间剖宫产率呈明显下降趋势,2010年剖宫产率（47.8%）较2007年（72.5%）显著下降（P〈0.01）。剖宫产各因素所占比例发生了明显变化,其中2010年社会因素和相对头盆不称因素分别为12.9%和16.9%,较2007年（分别为22.8%和21.8%）均显著下降（均P〈0.01）。结论：减少社会因素和相对头盆不称因素手术指征,给予产妇充分的阴道试产机会是降低剖宫产率的重要环节。重视产程观察,防治产科并发症,正确掌握剖宫产指征,有助于降低剖宫产率,提高产科质量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the rate and indication changes of cesarean section and its rational application,so as to explore the measures to lower the rate of cesarean.Methods:The rate and indication of cesarean section of 8564 cases in past four years,from 2007 to 2010,was analyzed retrospectively.Results:The cesarean rate shows an descending trend,it was decreased from 72.5% in 2007 to 47.8% in 2010(P<0.01).There were significant changes in the related factors of cesarean indications.The rate of social fact... |
