ABO母儿血型不合孕妇产前应用中药方剂对新生儿黄疸的影响

目的：评价以茵陈为主的中药方剂对ABO母儿血型不合所致新生儿黄疸的预防作用。方法：对349例抗体滴度≥l：64的ABO母儿血型不合孕妇进行研究,其中307例孕期给予以茵陈为主中药方剂治疗,余42例作为对照,观察孕妇抗体滴度的变化及新生儿的黄疸发生情况。结果：孕妇服药后抗体滴度明显降低,总有效率为87.6%;孕期抗体滴度为1：64的孕妇中,治疗组新生儿黄疸发生率较对照组显著降低（P〈0.05）。结论：以茵陈为主的中药方剂对ABO母儿血型不合所致新生儿黄疸有很好的预防作用,将抗体滴度≥1：64定为孕期干预指标可以达到较好疗效。

Effect of Chinese traditional medicine treatment on the maternal-fetal ABO blood group incompatibility on neonatal jaundice

Objective：To evaluate the effect of Chinese traditional medicine for the maternal-fetal ABO blood group incompatibility on neonatal jaundice.Methods：A total of 349 cases of maternal-fetal ABO blood group incompatibility whose antibody titer ≥l：64 were included.Among them 307 cases of those were treated with Chinese traditional medicine and 42 cases were involved as control group.The variation of antibody titer of the pregnancy and the incidence of neonatal jaundice were observed.Results：The antibody titer became much lower after treatment,total efficiency reached 87.6%.The neonatal jaundice incidence of treatment group was significantly better than that of the non-treatment group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Chinese traditional medicine has a good effect on neonatal jaundice due to maternal-fetal ABO blood group incompatibility.Set the antibody titer of 1：64 as the early intervention index may achieve a multiplier effect.
