| 摘 要： | 目的:优化玉屏风总多糖(YTP)的水提醇沉工艺条件。方法:以玉屏风总多糖得率为考察指标,采用正交试验法对YPT水提醇沉工艺的影响因素料液比、提取时间、醇沉浓度进行优化。结果:水提醇沉提取玉屏风总多糖的最佳提取工艺为:料液比1∶12,在90℃下浸提1.5 h,90%乙醇沉淀可使YTP得率达到4.31%。结论:该提取工艺可行,实验结果为确定玉屏风总多糖的水提醇沉工艺提供了实验依据。
