| 摘 要： | 目的：观察静脉滴注氟比洛芬酯对开胸手术患者的镇痛效果。方法：2010年3月~10月间择期行食管癌根治术患者90例,随机分为3组,每组30例。单剂组（A组）：手术结束前30min静注氟比洛芬酯50mg;静滴组（B组）：手术结束前30min开始静滴氟比洛芬酯100mg,用生理盐水稀释至100ml,1h内滴完,2次/d,连用2d;对照组（C组）：单用自控静脉镇痛。监测患者术后机械通气时间,苏醒期进行躁动评分,拔管后30min、1h、2h、4h、12h、24h记录疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）。结果：C组机械通气时间（109.7±28.6）min显著长于A、B组（均P〈0.01）;C组中、重度躁动发生率显著高于A、B组（均P〈0.01）;拔管后24h内,C组VAS评分显著高于A、B组（均P〈0.05）,拔管后4h、12h时间点A组VAS评分均显著高于B组（均P〈0.05）。结论：术后静脉滴注氟比洛芬酯注射液可以缩短拔管时间、减少苏醒期躁动、加强自控镇痛效果、减少自控药物使用及术后肺部并发症发生。
