| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨抑郁症患者的认知功能及事件相关电位P300的特点。方法：按CCMD-3中心境障碍抑郁发作诊断标准,收集30例抑郁患者（抑郁组）,Hamilton抑郁量表（HAMD）评分≥17分;30名正常人（对照组）。应用简易精神状态量表（MMSE）进行认知功能评分,应用OXFORD肌电图诱发电位仪完成事件相关电位P300检测。结果：抑郁组评分（26.08±1.31）较对照组评分（27.77±1.45）显著降低（P〈0.05）;抑郁组P300潜伏期（325.45±26.78ms）较对照组（308.37±26.80ms）显著延长（P〈0.05）。抑郁组患者经治疗HAMD评分较前显著降低,MMSE评分显著改善,P300潜伏期缩短。结论：抑郁症患者认知功能较正常人明显减退,P300潜伏期延长。MMSE及P300检测可能成为筛查抑郁症患者早期认知功能损害的辅助指标。抑郁症患者治疗后认知功能显著改善,与临床症状的缓解相关,提示抑郁症患者认知功能损害特质性与状态性均存在。
