| 摘 要： | 目的：建立复方桔梗颗粒的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法：采用薄层色谱法对制剂中桔梗、紫菀、百部分别进行定性鉴别。结果：在薄层色谱中均能检出桔梗、紫菀、百部。结论：该方法操作简便、灵敏、专属性和重现性好，可有效地控制产品质量。

| Abstract: | Objactive To establish a method of identification for Granula complex radix . Method : Platycodon grandiflorum ,Aster tataricus L. f, Radix stemonae in were identified by TLC. Results : Platycodon grandiflorum , Aster tataricus L. f , Radix stemonae in could be identified by TLC. Conclusion :The method is simple, sensitive, with strong specificity and reproducibility, and can be used for the quality control of. |
