标本刺法说

检索古代中医文献，从针刺审察卫气的角度，探讨经脉标本理论。结果发现：标本与卫气于十二经脉之上的聚散有关，针刺要求审察卫气，追寻卫气所在；疾病可使卫气移徙于标本之间，故针刺有取本、取标、标本兼施等不同。先病后病是取标取本的关键环节，据此可以执简御繁，应付复杂症情。针刺过程中，医生从标引本，引导病人正气发挥作用。
