| 摘 要： | 目的：介绍带蒂骼腹股沟轴型支瓣在手外伤大面积皮肤缺损时的应用。方法：依据旋髂浅动脉在髂腹股沟走行方向设计皮瓣，逆行切取皮瓣，勿损伤旋髂浅动脉，供区皮肤直接缝合。结果：５０例手术治愈率１００％。结论：对手部及前臂远１／３大面积软组织缺损并深部组织外露不宜做臂交叉皮瓣时选用本皮瓣。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:Intruduce application of Double End Groin flap for defect of hand skin. METHODS:Design flap with the trace of the shallow circunflex iliac vessels on the skin. Do not injure the vessels during operation. RESULT: All of 50 cases were cured. CONCLUSION:Double End Groin flap is first choice operation for defect of hand and far forearm skin. |
