三种宫内节育器月经血量比较

本实验是随机比较三种IUD(LNG-菱型,LNG-Nova-T,TCu220C型)对月经血量,血红蛋白的影响。月经血量测定结果表明:LNG-菱型和LNG-Nova-T型,从置器后1个月,月经血量开始减少,时间延长减少更明显。而TCu220C相反,从置器后1个月,月经血量开始增加,至3个月增加更明显,到6个月虽然有下降的趋势但仍比置器前有所增加。血红蛋白测定结果表明,IUD虽然影响月经血量但对血红蛋白影响不明显,置器前后无差异。释放18甲基炔诺酮的IUD具有使月经血量减少的优点,更适合于平时月经血量较多,而又需要采用IUD避孕的妇女。

Comparative Study of Effects on the Men-strual Blood Loss (MBL) with Three Types of IUD.

This study randomly compared three types of IUD LNG-Ling Device(LLD),LNG-Nova-T(LNT and TCu 220C] for their effects on the menstrual blood loss (MBL) and the hemoglobin level of users. The results of MBL determination showed that the MBL of LLD and LNT users began to decrease a month after IUD insersion. However, the MBL of TCu 220C users increased after a month of insertion and reached its peak after 3 months. Although the MBL decrease tended to about six monhs, it was still more than those in the pre-in-sertion period, the results of hemoglobin measurement suggested that insertion of IUD has little effect on level, but no significant defference wasfound. The reduction of MBL after Levonorgestrel releasing IUDs (LNG-IUDs) makes the IUD suitable for women with heavy MBL.
