| 摘 要： | 目的研究成人全面性强直阵挛发作(GTCS)癫痫患者记忆测定与生存质量的关系。方法用韦氏记忆量表和QOLIE-30表对42例GTCS癫痫患者和38例正常人进行评定。结果GTCS患者记忆量表(MQ)降低,发病频繁者在多个分测验中完成较差。MQ除与生存质量(QOL)总分相关外,还与情绪、认知功能相关。频率、文化、病程和QOLIE中的认知功能对MQ有显著影响。结论GTCS患者记忆功能受损,发作频率和病程对记忆功能有影响。认知功能分测验在一定程度上可以代表记忆能力。

| Abstract: | Objectives To investigate the relationship between memory and quality of life in adults with GTCS.Methods 42 adults with GTCS and 38 healthy people as control were studied and tested by using the revised Wechsler Memory Scale and QOLIE 30.Results The MQ of patients with GTCS was lower,Patients with frequent seizures accomplished worse in a few subtests.MQ was associated with overall score of QOL, also with subtests of emotional well being and cognitive function. Seizure frequency, educational levels, duration of seizure and the cognitive function subtest of QOL had a significant effect on MQ.Conclusion The memory of patients with GTCS are impaired. It is associated with seizure frequency and duration of seizure.Maybe cognitive function subtest can represent memory to some extent. |
