| 摘 要： | 采用自拟大黄钩藤汤为主,辨证治疗出血性中风４０例,结果显示,基本痊愈１１例,显效１５例,有效９例,无效３例,恶化２例,总有效率为８７．５％,提示大黄钩藤汤治疗出血性中风证有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Mainly with "Dahuang-Gouteng-yin" (composition of which is rhubarb,gambirplant,root of herbaceous peony,selfheal,root of Zhejiang figwort,bidentate ach yranthes,parasitic loranthus,root-tuber of aromatic penoy,skullcap and root of pseudoginseng etc.),treated 40 Cases of Hemorrhagic Apoplexy basing on the differention of symptoms and signs.The results shown that 11 cases were masterly recovery,15 remarkable effective,9 effective,3 ineffective and 2 deterioration (1 died) ,the total effective rate was 87.5%.It suggested that "Dahuang-gouteng-yin" had a good effectiveness to hemorrhagic apoplexy. |
