硝苯地平对妊高征孕妇眼动脉血流的影响

目的:观察硝苯地平对妊高征患者眼动脉血流的影响。方法:应用彩色多普勒超声,检测12例妊高征患者舌下含服硝苯地平前后眼动脉血流变化,测定其收缩期第一峰值血流速度(A)、收缩期第二峰值血流速度(B)、舒张期最低血流速度(Vmin)及平均血流速度(Vm),计算B/A值。并与同期12例静脉滴注硫酸镁治疗的妊高征患者进行比较。结果:舌下含服硝苯地平后,眼动脉B/A值显著降低,由(0.78±0.16)降到(0.56±0.24);同时平均动脉压(MAP)由(16.19±1.25)kPa降至(13.92±1.16)kPa。结论:硝苯地平可扩张眼动脉,对脑部其它小动脉可能有相似作用。

The effect of nifedipine on ophthalmic artery blood flow in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension

Objective:To evaluate the effect of nifedipine on ophthalmic artery blood flow patients with pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH).Methods:The changes in ophthalmic artery blood flow of 12 patients were determined with color flow Doppler after given 10 mg nifedipine sublingually to detect the blood flow velocity in the first peak (A), the second peak (B), the lowest blood flow velocity (Vmin) and average blood flow velocity (Vm) and calculate the value of B/A. Other twelve patients received intravenous magnesium sulfate as control group.Results:Ophthalmic artery B/A decreased from 0.78±0.16 to 0.56±0.24 and mean arterial pressure (MAP) decreased from (16.19±1.25) kPa to (13.92±1.16) kPa after given nifedipine sublingually.Conclusion:Nifedipine could distend ophthalmic artery and has similar function on other micro-cerebral vessels.
