抚触对早产儿早期生长发育的影响

【目的】　了解抚触对早产儿早期生长发育的影响。　【方法】　选择住院期间病情稳定后的早产儿 5 7例 ,随机分为抚触组和对照组 ,10天内观察其体重、身长、头围的增长和在纠正胎龄 4 0周时进行 2 0项新生儿行为神经测定 ,并作组间比较。　【结果】　接受抚触治疗的早产儿的体重增长与行为神经发育显著优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,身长和头围的增长与对照组差别无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。　【结论】　抚触对早产儿的体重增长及行为神经发育具有明显的促进作用

The Effect of Touch on the Early Growth and Development in Premature Infants.

To investigate the effect of touch on the early growth and development in premature infants. Fifty seven premature infants from a neonatal care unit(NICU)were randomly assigned to a touch or a control group once they were considered medically stable.The weight,length,and head circumference were recorded daily and compared between the touched premature infants and control group for 10 days.At the corrected gestational age of 40 weeks,they were assessed with the twenty item neonatal behavioral neurological assessment(NBNA). The weight gain and 20 developmental items were significantly better statistically in the premature infants received touch compared with control group( P <0.05).No significant differences were found in length,and head circumference gains between two groups( P >0.05). [Conclusion] The touch is useful to facilitate weight gain and behavioral and neurological development for premature infants.
