| 摘 要： | 腘动脉挤压综合征比较少见。在世界文献中约有150多例。本文报告4例,均动脉造影证实。其中1例两侧病例,一侧施行自体静脉移植术和另一侧施行腘动脉畸形复位术,效果良好。

| Abstract: | About 150 patients with the popliteal artery entrapment syndrome have been reported in the world literature.Four patients with this anomaly on 5 limbs are presented in this paper.The mean age is 15.6 years (ranged from 14 to 17) .In 3 cases the lesion occurred on the left side and 1 case on both sides.Three cases are treated conservatively and one case is treated surgically with autogenous venous grafts.The pathophysiolgical,clinical, and arteriographic features of this syndrome and the operative methods are discussed. |
