| 摘 要： | 本文报道24例风心病二尖瓣病变患者瓣膜置换术前1～2周,14例术后5～7周平衡法核素心室造影心功能测定结果。作者认为:(1)EF<30.0%,PER<4.2EDV/S,PFR<2.1EDV/S,TPFR>170ms为二尖瓣置换术后并发症的高危指标;(2)手术应在左室功能严重障碍前进行。

| Abstract: | Equilibrium radionuclide ventriculography was used to estimate the left ventricular(LV) function in control subjects (Group 1; n=8) and in 24 patients of mitral valvular diseases(MVD) both with mitral stenosis associated regurgitation (MS MR,Group 2, n=12) and with mitral regurgitation associated stenosis (MR MS, Group 3; n=12) before mitral valve replacement (MVR)and 8 patients in Group 2, and 6 patients in Group 3 were restudied 5 to 7 weeks after MVR. The results show that: (1)post-operative changes of impaired LV function associated closely with the type of MVD and LV dysfunction is reversible in some patients; (2) preoperative LV function is an important predictor of postoperative complications; (3)EF<30.0%, PER<4.2 EDV/s, PFR<2.1 EDV/s are indexes of high risk of postoperative complications. |
