系统性红斑狼疮患者心理防御机制与狼疮活动指数的相关性分析

摘    要:目的:了解系统性红斑狼疮患者心理防御机制与狼疮活动指数的相关性,为心理治疗提供依据。方法:采用防御方式问卷及狼疮活动指数量表,于2012年6月1日-2013年5月31日对就诊于东莞康华医院内分泌及风湿免疫中心的46例15-58岁的系统性红斑狼疮患者进行问卷调查。采用多元逐步回归对狼疮活动指数进行因素分析。结果:狼疮活动指数总分与躯体化(t=-3.476,P=0.001〈0.05)、退缩(t=-2.494,P=0.017〈0.05)分别呈显著负相关,与假性利他(t=2.336,P=0.024〈0.05)、压抑(t=2.036,P=0.048〈0.05)分别呈显著正相关。结论:系统性红斑狼疮患者人群躯体化、退缩、假性利他和压抑机制对其狼疮活动性有着重要的作用;针对这些影响因素进行心理干预有助于系统性红斑狼疮的治疗和病情的稳定与控制。

Correlation Analysis Between Defense Mechanism and SLEAI in SLE Patients

Abstract:Objective: To study on correlation between defense mechanism and SLEDAI in SLE patients. Methods: A total of 46 SLE patients,aged between 15 and 58,who were treated in out- patient of Endocrine Immune Rheumatism Center of Dongguan Kanghua Hospital from June 1,2012 to May 31,2013. These patients were investigated with Defense Styles questionnaire,and Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Disease Activity Index. The results were analyzed with multiple stepwise regression analysis to study the correlative factors for SLEDAI. Results: SLEDAI had negative relation with Somatization( t=- 2. 493,P = 0. 017〈 0. 05) and Regression( t =- 2. 494,P = 0. 017〈 0. 05),had positive relation with Bogus Altruism( t = 2. 336,P = 0. 024 〈0. 05) and Repression( t = 2. 036,P = 0. 048〈 0. 05). Conclusion: Somatization,Regression,Bogus Altruism and Repression play very important roles in SLEDAI of SLE patients; we could deal with and control patients' condition through focusing on those influential factors.
