| 摘 要： | 目的:研究冠心康胶囊的制备工艺.方法:采用正交试验法,以人参皂甙Rg1、Re及阿魏酸的提取率为测定指标,采用正交试验法对冠心康的制备工艺进行优选.结果:该制剂的最佳工艺条件为醇提部分以60%乙醇回流3次,每次2h.水提部分以8倍量水,提取3次,每次30min为最佳提取工艺. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a process for the preparation of Guanxin Kang.Methods:The optimum conditions of Guanxin Kang were selected with the active components Ginenoside Rg1,Ginenoside Re and Ferulic Acid as mark by orthogonal test.Results:The most favorable preparative conditions were decocting the drug with 70% alcohol,reflux-extracting for 3 times and 2 hours per pass.And adding 8-fold water as much as medicine,extracting 3 times,2h per time. |
