姜黄素-羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物的制备及其理化性质研究

摘    要:目的:制备姜黄素-羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物并考察其理化性质。方法:采用冷冻干燥法制备姜黄素-羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物,对其进行鉴别并考察其包合率、稳定性及水溶性等。结果:包合物冻干粉经鉴别已形成包合物,包合率为96·58%,姜黄素的稳定性及水溶性均得到改善。结论:所制包合物能显著增加药物在水中的溶解度,提高药物的稳定性。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To prepare the inclusion complex curcumin-hydroxypropyl-β -cyclodextrin (CUR-HP-β-CD) and study its physicochemical properties. METHODS: The inclusion complex of curcumin with HP-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD) was prepared by freeze-drying method, and its inclusion rate, stability and water solubility were identified and examined by UV and X-ray powder diffractometry. RESULTS: The identification showed that the freeze-dried powder developed into an inclusion complex, with an inclusion rate of 96.58%. The stability and water solubility of curcumin were both improved. CONCLUSION: The water solubility and stability of curcumin is significantly improved by converting to the inclusion product CUR-HP-β-CD.
