三白草中黄酮类化合物的分离与检测

摘    要:目的:通过文献报道三白草据有良好的降血糖作用,本人查阅了大量的文献资料未见有三白草起降血糖作用的化学成分的分离和检测,因此本实验对三白草当中黄酮类化合物进行了分离和检测。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)在YWG-C18色谱柱上以50%甲醇0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相分离测定了三白草中槲皮素和芦丁的含量,流动相的流速为1ml/min,检测波长370nm。[1]结果:实验表明:该方法的相对标准偏差为1.7%和1.2%,回收率为99%和106%。结论:方法简便,快速,可靠。

Abstract:Objective:According to Literature reported,Chinese Lizardtail has better lowering blood sugar action. Through I readed up a lot of literature,Separation and determination of Chinese lizardtail's chermical composition for lower- ing blood sugar action hasn't heen found in literature.HPLC method for separation and determination of flavonoid com- pounds in Cinese lizardtail was developed in this experiment.Methods:Separation and determination of quercetin and ru- tin content in Chinese lizardtail was performed on YWG-C18 column with 50% methanol and 0.1% phosphoric acid water solution as mobile phase by HPLC.Flew rate of mobile phase was 1ml/min and detection wavelength was 370nm. Results:The experiment showed that relative standard deviation of this method was 1.7% and 1.2%.Recovery rate was 99% and 106%.Conclusion:The method is simple,fast and reliable.
