老年静脉输液固定方法的实用研究

目的探讨静脉输液固定新方法,防止静脉输液过程中针头漏出血管外,提高输液过程顺利率,为老年患者解除漏针后再穿刺的痛苦。方法从住院老年患者需要进行静脉输液的695例中随机抽取600例,分为实验组和对照组,实验组300例应用静脉输液新方法固定,并与对照组（常规方法）做对照,观察2组针头漏出血管外情况。结果实验组和对照组针头漏出血管外情况比较,数据经统计学处理,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,2组针头漏出血管外率实验组为0.3%,对照组为8.3%。结论新方法固定静脉输液针头方法简单,操作方便,易于掌握,避免了静脉输液过程中针头漏出血管外,为老年患者解除了漏针后再穿刺的痛苦,提高了护理工作质量及护理工作效率。

Practical study on new fixation method of elderly patients' intravenous transfusion

Objective To study the new fixation method of intravenous transfusion in order to prevent the needle from leaking out of the blood vessel in the transfusion process, to raise the success rate of transfusion, and to relieve the repeated puncture pain of elderly patients after needle leaking out of the blood vessel. Methods 600 cases were randomly chosen from 695 hospitalized elderly patients who needed the intravenous transfusion, and divided into the experiment group （300 cases） and the control group （300 cases）. The experiment group adopted the new fixation method of intravenous transfusion, and was compare with the control group （the routine method）. The situation of needle＇s leaking out of the blood vessel was observed in the two groups. Results Through comparing the statistical data of the needle＇s leaking out of the blood vessel between the two groups, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. The rates of needle＇s leaking out of the blood vessel for the experiment group the control group were 0.3 % and 8.3%, respectively. Conclusions The new fixation method of intravenous transfusion is simple, convenient to perform, and easy to master. It can prevent the needle from leaking out of the blood vessel in the transfusion process, relieve the repeated puncture pain of elderly patients after the needle leaking out of the blood vessel, raise the quality of nursing work, and raise the efficiency of nursing work in the meantime.
