| 摘 要： | 目的介绍细胞色素P450的研究进展及其在临床药学工作实践中的指导意义。方法查阅国内外相关文献,进行综合、分析和归纳。结果临床药师观察到病人所表现的不同反应往往可用代谢转化的观点解释。根据细胞色素P450和药物的生物转化来选择合适的药物及合适的剂量将有助于最大程度地提高药物治疗效应,同时减少药物不良反应和毒副作用。结论临床药师要关注细胞色素P450和药物的代谢转化。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To introduce the research status of cytoehrome P450 and its new applications in clinical pharmacy. METHODS The related articles published recently were consulted and summarized. RESULTS Most events observed in patients may be explained by the knowledge of metabolic transformation. Choosing the suitable drugs and dosages according to cytochrome P450 and drug metabolism would improve the pharmacotherapy efficacy and reduce the adverse drug reaction and toxic effect of drugs. CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacists should pay more attention to cytochrome P450 and drug metabolism. |
