摘    要:目的探讨不同管电压双源CT冠状动脉成像在低体质指数患者应用中的利弊,探索更加安全有效的检查方法。方法前瞻性纳入接受双源CT冠状动脉成像的低体质指数胸痛待查患者90例,以单纯随机抽样法将其分为A、B、C三组(每组30例),分别采用120、100、80 kV管电压成像,比较各组的图像质量评分及患者的辐射剂量。结果 A、B、C三组图像质量评价为优良的分别占94.65%、93.37%和95.67%,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);三组的平均有效剂量分别为(14.18±3.72)、(8.53±2.35)和(3.12±1.78)mSv,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论采用恰当的管电压对低体质指数患者行双源CT冠状动脉成像,可以保证图像质量并显著降低患者辐射剂量。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the advantages and disadvantages of various types of tube voltage dual-source CT coronary angiography in patients with low body mass index.Methods Ninety patients with low body mass index accepted dual-source CT coronary angiography were enrolled in our study prospectively.The patients were divided into group A,group B and group C randomly,with 30 cases in each group respectively.Patients in group A,group B and group C were examined with a tube voltage of 120KV,100KV and 80KV respectively.Score of image quality and radiation dose in each group were compared.Results Excellent image quality in group A,group B and group C accounted for 94.65%,93.37% and 95.67% respectively.Coronary artery image quality score of the three groups showed no significant difference(P 0.05).The mean effective dose of the three groups was 14.18±3.72 mSv,8.53±2.35 mSv and 3.12±1.78 mSv respectively.Difference in the three groups was significant(P 0.05).Conclusion It is suggested to guarantee the image quality and significantly reduce the radiation dose for patients by appropriate use of tube tension to carry out dual-source CT coronary angiography in patients with low body mass index.
