聚维酮碘与庆大霉素在内眼术前冲洗结膜囊的效果比较

目的内眼手术前分别用0．5％聚维酮碘（PVP—I）和硫酸庆大霉素注射液冲洗结膜囊，比较两者清除结膜囊细菌和前房水污染的效果。方法连续收集190例行眼前段手术者，随机分为研究组和对照组。所有患者手术前1天用0．3％的氧氟沙星滴眼液滴术眼6次。研究组术前用0．5％PVP—I冲洗结膜囊，对照组用的是0．8％硫酸庆大霉素注射液。在手术中采集房水作细菌培养。结果手术前结膜囊培养中，研究组和对照组分别有75例（79．79％）和72例（75．oo％）细菌培养阳性。冲洗结膜囊后，研究组和对照组分别有23（24．4％），22（22．9％）培养阳性，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。研究组与对照组房水培养阳性率分别为2．7％和5．3％，差别无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。研究中未发现0．5％PVP—I明显的不良反应。结论术前使用0．5％PVP—I冲洗结膜囊清除病原体是一种安全有效的方法，可以替代庆大霉素注射液。

Compare the efficacy of gentamycin and povidone-iodine in anterior segment intraocular surgery

Objective To evaluate the difference between preoperative treatment of the conjunctiva with either 0.5% polyvinylpyrrolidone-iodine solution or gentamicin eyedrops.
