宫颈分泌物胎儿纤连蛋白检测与宫颈Bishop评分在延期妊娠引产预测中的应用

目的探讨宫颈分泌物胎儿纤连蛋白（fetal fibronectin,FFN）检测与宫颈Bishop评分在延期妊娠引产预测中的应用价值。方法对48例孕41-41＋6周孕妇引产前进行宫颈分泌物FFN检测及宫颈Bishop评分,按催产素引产常规引产,并记录取样至分娩时间。结果宫颈分泌物FFN阳性组、宫颈Bishop评分≥7分组3 d内引产分娩率均明显高于宫颈分泌物FFN阴性组、宫颈Bishop评分≤6分组（91.9%、81.3%vs 27.3%、25.0%,P均〈0.01）。宫颈Bishop评分≥7分的宫颈分泌物FFN阳性组〈24、〉72、24-72 h引产成功率均明显高于宫颈Bishop评分≤6分的宫颈分泌物FFN阳性组（60.0%、6.7%、33.3%vs 0、42.9%、57.1%,P均〈0.01,P〈0.05）。结论宫颈分泌物FFN检测联合宫颈Bishop评分进行引产预测,可提高引产成功率。

Application of Fetal Fibronectin Detection in the Cervix Secretion and Cervix Bishop Scores in Predictive of Induced Labor in Delayed Pregnancy

Objective To investigate the application value of fetal fibronectin（FFN） detection in the cervix secretion and cervix Bishop scores in predictive of induced labor in delayed pregnan- cy. Methods Before the induced labor,FFN detection sample in the cervix secretion of 48 cases at 41-41^＋6 gestational weeks were examined and cervix Bishop scores were evaluated simultaneously. Induced labor by pitocin was carried out according to common practice, and the time from taken sample to childbirth was recorded. Results Successful deliver rates in 3 days were significantly higher in the group with FFN positive and Bishop scores ≥7 than that in the group with FFN negative and Bishop scores 46 （91.9%,81.3% vs 27.3%,25.0%,P〈0.01）. Successful deliver rates of 〈24 hours,〉72 hours , 24 - 72 hours were significantly higher in the group with FFN positive and Bishop scores ≥7 than that in the group with FFN positive but Bishop scores 46 （60.0%,6.7%,33.3% vs 0,42.9%,57.1%,P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.Conclusion It much increase successful deliver rates by application of FFN detection in the cervix secretion units cervix Bishop scores in predictive of induced labor in delayed pregnancy.
