宫角妊娠31例临床分析

目的探讨宫角妊娠的临床特点及诊治方法。方法对大丰市人民医院2002年1月至2011年4月收治的31例子宫角部妊娠的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果通过临床症状、体征、辅助检查等,宫角妊娠的术前B超诊断率为67.86%,结合腹腔镜的诊断和治疗,准确率提高,误诊减少。结论在临床上,对停经、阴道出血和腹痛的患者要及时行B超检查,B超无法明确诊断时应及时进行宫/腹腔镜检查。

Clinical analysis of cornual pregnancy in 31 cases

Objective To study clinical features and diagnosis,treatment for cornual pregnancy.Methods Clinical data from 31 cases with cornual pregnancy in Dafeng the People's Hospital in Yancheng City from Jan 2002 to April 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Preoperative diagnosis rate of B-ultrasound was 61.29% and diagnosis rate was raised complicated by laparoscopy.Conclusion Patients with menolipsis,vaginal bleeding and stomachache should be examined by B-ultrasound in time while B-ultrasound couldn't finally diagnose then hysteroscopy or laparoscopy could be taken for the patients in time.
