大学生HIV自愿检测和艾滋病知识调查分析

目的 为了解石家庄市大学生HIV感染状况和艾滋病知识知晓程度，探讨对大学生艾滋病知识宣传及行为干预的有效方式。方法 选取120名自愿HIV检测和接受调查的在校大学生，每人采集静脉血5ml，填写一份调查问卷，然后进行咨询和行为干预宣传。结果 检测发现抗-HIV阳性2例，阳性率1．67％，流行病学调查发现2例HIV感染者均是男男同性恋者，与校外MSM有2～4年不洁性行为史，问卷显示：艾滋病3条传播途径知晓率最高，都在100％；有女／男朋友及有过性行为的近1／3；安全套使用率不理想；98．33％渴望获得艾滋病知识和信息。在一定程度上反映了21世纪大学生性观念性行为的开放现状。结论 大学生是艾滋病易感人群，深入校园对大学生进行有针对性的行为干预宣传非常必要，任重道远。

A Survey for the university students on HIV voluntary test and the awareness status of AIDS knowledge

Objective To understand the status of HIV infection and AIDS knowledge awareness among the university students,discuss the effective way to propagandize AIDS knowledge and make behavior intervention.Methods 120 cases was selected to receive the voluntary test and survey,whose vein blood were collected about 5 ml.Filled in a piece of questionnaire.Then interventions were conducted by report on the special topic,discussion and watching the documentary film.Results There were 2 students with the positive HIV,who were MSM.100% of them knew the three infection ways of AIDS;over one third students had sex behavior,but many of them seldom used the condom.98.33% of the students were longing to know more about HIV/AIDS.Conclusion University students are the susceptible persons.It is very important to take the behavior intervention among the university students.
