| 摘 要： | 目的比较单侧与双侧生长棒技术治疗早发性脊柱侧凸(EOS)的临床疗效。方法将2009年2月至2012年2月广州军区广州总医院附属157医院收治的34例EOS患儿按随机数字表法分为两组:对照组(17例)采用单侧生长棒技术治疗,观察组(17例)采用双侧生长棒技术治疗。观察和比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果两组EOS患儿在手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及术后并发症方面比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组EOS患儿治疗后冠状位Cobb角和矢状位Cobb角均显著小于治疗前,且观察组较对照组减小更为显著(P<0.05);观察组冠状位矫正率、矢状位矫正率及C7-S1增高度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生长棒治疗EOS疗效显著,双侧生长棒疗效显著优于单侧生长棒,冠状位与矢状位的矫正率较高。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the clinical efticacy oI unilateral and bilateral growing rod techniques in the treatment for early onset scoliosis （EOS）. Methods A total of 34 EOS patients admitted in NO. 157 Hospio tal Affiliated to Guangzhou Geneural Hospital of PLA Guangzhou Military Region from Feb. 2009 to Feb. 2012 were randomly divided into 2 groups according to random digital table method,patients in the control group（ 17 cases） were treated with unilateral growing rod technique, while patients in the observation group （17 cases） were treated with bilateral growing rod technique. The clinical curative effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results There were no statistically significant differences of operative time, intraoperative vol- ume of blood loss, duration of hospital stay and postoperative complications between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. The coronary and sagittal Cobb angles of the two ~oups after treatment were all smaller than those before treatment, and those of the observation group decreased more significantly after treatment than the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The coronary position correction rate, sagittal position correction rate and increase height of C7-S1 of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The treatment of growing rod techniques for EOS has an obvious therapeutic effect, and the curative effect of bilateral growing rod technique is much better than unilateral growing rod technique,with higher correction rates of coronal and sagittal positions, |
