可吸收螺钉治疗骨关节骨折疗效观察

目的探讨可吸收螺钉治疗骨关节骨折患者的临床疗效,为提高患者治疗效果与生活质量提供可靠依据。方法选择2012年1月至2012年12月定兴县医院收治的骨关节骨折患者42例为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为两组,对照组21例,采用传统内固定手术治疗,研究组21例,采用可吸收螺钉内固定手术治疗。观察并记录两组患者术后并发症发生情况、住院时间以及患者满意度。结果研究组患者住院时间较对照组患者显著减少,而对医护人员满意度则较对照组显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(9.52%vs 58.09%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用可吸收螺钉对骨关节骨折患者进行内固定治疗,其临床疗效较为满意,且避免患者再次实施手术所造成的身体、心理以及经济损失,减少患者术后发生感染概率,有效提高患者预后及生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Study on the Efficacy of Absorbable Screw in the Treatment for Bone and Joint Fracture

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of absorbable screw in the treatment for bone and joint fracture, in order to provide reliable basis for improving the currative effect and life quality of patients. Methods A total of 42 cases of patients with joint fractures admitted in Dingxing County Hospital from Jan. 2012 to Dec. 2012 were divided into two groups according to random number table：patients in the control group （21 cases） were treated with traditional internal fixation surgery,while patients in the research group（21 cases） were treated with absorbable screw internal fixation surgery. The postoperative complications,length of hospital stays and satisfaction degrees of the two groups were studies. Results The hospitalization time of the research group was significantly shorter than the control group ,while the degree of satisfaction for the medical staff was significantly higher than the control group, the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈0.05 ） ; the postoperative incidence of complication of the research group was significantly lower than the control group （9.52% vs 58.09% ）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of absorbable screw fixation therapy for patients with joint fractures is satisfactory, as it can avoid the physical, psychological and economic loss of the patients caused by reoperation, and reduce the occurrence rate of postoperative infection, as well as effectively improve patient＇s prognosis and quality of life, therefore, it is worth of recommedation and application in clinical practice.
