氯普鲁卡因用于门诊手术麻醉的研究进展

氯普鲁卡因(CP)的化学名称是4-氨基-2-氯苯甲酸-2-(二乙氨基)乙醋盐酸盐,分子式为C13H19CLN2O2HCL。属于苯甲酸脂类局部麻醉药,具有起效快、效果确切、毒性低、不良反应小等特点,越来越广泛地用于椎管内麻醉,口腔科、五官科、骨科的局部浸润麻醉和外周神经阻滞以及门诊短小手术的麻醉。该文就CP在门诊手术中局部浸润麻醉、局部静脉麻醉以及椎管内麻醉等方面的临床研究进展予以综述。

Research Progress on Chloroprocaine Anesthesia in Outpatient Surgery

Chloroprocaine, whose chemical formula is C13 H19 CLN2O2 HCL and chemical name is 4-ami- no-2-chlorobenzoic acid-2-（diethylamino） ethyl acetate hydrochloride, is a kind of benzoic acid lipid local anesthetic agent, and has the advantages of fast action, precise effect, low toxicity of local anaesthetic effect, less adverse reactions, etc. Therefore, it has been widely applied in intraspinal anesthesia,local infiltration anesthesia and peripheral nerve block in departments of stomatology, ophthalmology ＆ otorhinolaryngology, and orthopedics, as well as general anesthesia in outpatient surgery. Here is to make a review of the research progress on the application of chloroprocaine in outpatient surgery, such as local infiltration anesthesia, local intravenous anesthesia and intraspinal anesthesia, etc.
