非侵袭性真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎的鼻内镜治疗

真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎是耳鼻喉临床常见疾病,其发病率逐年增高,依据病理特征和患者的免疫功能状态分为侵袭性和非侵袭性。临床上以非侵袭性真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎最为常见,其主要治疗方法为鼻内镜手术。与传统手术相比,鼻内镜术治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎临床疗效好,手术时间短,创伤较小,在临床上具有推广意义。为了推广非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的鼻内镜治疗,该文结合非侵袭性真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床特征,就非侵袭性真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎的鼻内镜治疗的手术方法、疗效及常见并发症予以综述。

Fungal rhino-sinusitis is a common clinical disease in otorhinolaryngology, and its incidence has been increasing year by year.
