| 摘 要： | 颈围是颈部喉结节点水平的围长,作为一个较新的评价肥胖的指标,其能较好地反映上半身皮下脂肪的分布。颈围与肥胖、血脂异常、高血压、胰岛素抵抗及睡眠呼吸暂停综合征密切相关,可作为代谢综合征的筛查指标。颈围的测量方法简单易行,且结果稳定可靠,是评价代谢综合征的最佳指标。

| Abstract: | Neck circumference refers to the perimeter of neck at laryngeal prominece level,which can reflect the subcutaneous fat distribution in the upper body as a relatively new evaluation index of obesity. The neck circumference and obesity,dyslipidemia,hypertension,insulin resistance and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome are closely related,thus can be used as a screening index of metabolic syndrome（ MS）.Neck circumference is easy to measure,and the result is stable and reliable,therefore is the best indicator of metabolic syndrome. |
