高脂血症性重症急性胰腺炎规范化治疗方案的探讨

目的探讨高脂血症性重症急性胰腺炎(HL-SAP)的规范化治疗方案。方法选择2010年5月至2012年5月东莞东华医院收治的100例HL-SAP患者作为研究对象,依照患者入院顺序的奇偶数分成两组,其中常规治疗组50例实施常规治疗,规范治疗组50例实施规范化治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的效果。结果规范治疗组手术治疗的人数、病死率以及复发率均显著少于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论对HL-SAP患者实施规范化治疗,有助于减少手术治疗的人数,降低病死率以及复发率,值得临床推广应用。

Study on Standard Therapeutic Schedule for Hyperlipidemic Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Objective To investigate the standard therapeutic schedule for hypedipidemic severe acute pancreatitis（HL-SAP）. Methods A total of 100 patients with HL-SAP admitted in Dongguan Tung Wall Hospital from May 2010 to May 2012 were selected and divided into two groups according to odevity of admission sequence,patients in the conventional treatment group（50 cases） received routine treatment, while patients in the standard treatment group （ 50 cases） received normalization therapy. The curative effects of the two groups were compared after treatment. Results The number of operation patients ,fatality rate and recurrence rate of the standard treatment group were significantly lower than the conventional treatment group. Conclusion Implementation of normalization therapeutic schedule for HL-SAP patients could reduce the number of operation patients, decrease the mortality rate and recurrence rate, therefore, it is worthy of clinical application.
