护理干预对低位直肠癌造瘘手术患者焦虑心理的影响

目的探讨护理干预对低位直肠癌造瘘手术患者焦虑心理的影响。方法将2011年11月至2012年10月延安大学附属医院收治的71例低位直肠癌造瘘手术患者依据简单随机抽样法分为两组:对照组(36例)采用常规护理,观察组(35例)在常规护理的同时进行心理护理。对比两组患者的治疗效果及焦虑和抑郁评分。结果治疗后,观察组患者的SAS评分显著低于治疗前,且显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者在恢复正常心理、正常护理造口以及成形及规律排便的发生率均显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可以改善低位直肠癌造瘘手术患者的焦虑心理,帮助患者树立自信心,恢复生活能力,交际能力及自身价值,应得到临床关注。

Influence of Nursing Intervention on Anxiety of Surgical Patients with Low Rectal Cancer Under Colostomy Surgery

Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on anxiety of patients with low rectal cancer under colostomy surgery. Methods A total of 71 patients with low rectal eaneer underwent colostomy surgery in the Affiliated Hospital of Yau＇an University from Nov. 2011 to Oct. 2012 were divided into two groups by simple random sampling： patients in the control group （36 eases） were given routine nursing care ,while patients in the observation group（35 cases） were given supplementary psychological nursing care. The curative effect and the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,SAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment, and were significantly lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the occurrence rates of recovery to normal psychological status,normal eolostomy and normal defecation of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve the anxiety of patients with low rectal cancer under eolostomy surgery and help the patients to set up confidence, restore living ability, communication ability, and their own value, which deserves more clinical attention.
