摘    要:糖尿病肾病(DN)是终末期肾病的主要原因之一,目前对于DN仍无有效的治疗方法,延缓DN进展的研究就显得尤为重要。DN的发病机制非常复杂,目前认为DN是糖尿病进展过程中,炎性反应因子、内分泌紊乱、糖脂代谢紊乱、高血压引发的血液动力学改变等综合因素的作用而导致的肾脏损害。近年来的研究显示,微炎症状态与铁超负荷可能在糖尿病肾病的发生、发展中起重要作用,但对糖尿病肾病进展的预测价值尚待进一步的验证。

Research Progress on Ferritin and Microinflammatory Status in the Early State of Diabetic Nephropathy

Abstract:Diabetic nephropathy( DN) is one of the main cause of end-stage renal disease,so far for which there is still no effective treatment,therefore,research on how to suspend the progress of DN is very important. The pathogenesis of DN is very complex,it has been considered that the comprehensive effects of inflammation factor,endocrine disorders,disorders of glucose and lipid,as well as metabolism and hemodynamic change caused by hypertension during the progression of diabetes cause the kidney damage. Recent study has shown microinflammation status and iron overload may play important roles in the occurrence and progression of diabetic nephropathy,while their predictive value in the progression of diabetic nephropathy still requires further investigation.
