PCT检测在感染性疾病中的应用进展

降钙素原(PCT)是近年研究较多的感染相关性生物标志物,被认为是系统性炎症反应综合征、脓毒症等疾病的预警指标,其与全身细菌性感染、新生儿败血症、下呼吸道感染、细菌性心内膜炎、脑膜炎、腹膜炎和胰腺炎等感染性疾病均有密切关系。PCT已引起临床与检验界很多学者的密切关注,也成为感染性疾病的一个新的观察指标。

Application of PCT Detection in Infectious Diseases

Procalcitonin（ PCT） is an infection-related biomarker,which has been a research focus in recent years. It is considered as an early warning indicator of systemic inflammatory response syndrome,sepsis and other diseases. It also has close relations with systemic bacterial infection,neonatal sepsis,lower respiratory infection,bacterial endocarditis,bacterial meningitis,bacterial peritonitis,pancreatitis and other infections. PCT has attracted close attention of many scholars from clinical and laboratory work,it also becomes a new observation index of infectious diseases.
